Student Chromebook Printing

  Navigate to the PrinterLogic extension in a new Google Chrome tab.

  Select Manage Printers

  Student Library printer should be listed

  If not, select Add Printer to open Printercloud.

Select the Library folder to view printers. You may have to sign in. If nothing is displayed, clear browsing data and retry.

  Select the printer and choose Yes to install.

  When choosing a print destination, select “see more...” The installed printer should be shown.

Other Information

• Link to directly add printer: https://usd322.printercloud.com
• If Printercloud is not signed in, select the profile in the upper right corner and use Azure sign-in.
• “Print Queue” will show the status of any print jobs.
• Documents print immediately, so please pick them up as soon as possible.
• Refreshing the PrinterLogic Extension may be needed after adding a new printer.
